The service

FulfillIQ monitors available shipment data and helps merchants manage delivery issues. Carrier data can be delayed or incomplete. The service does not guarantee delivery, investigation outcomes or refunds.

Your instructions

You control communication policies, sender identity and verified courier contact records. Review permissions before enabling automatic communication. You are responsible for your carrier account permissions and customer policies.

Subscriptions

Applicable prices and billing periods are displayed at checkout. Manage subscriptions, payment details and cancellation in the billing portal. Paid processing is subject to server-verified subscription status.

Before launch

Legal entity, governing law, liability terms, support commitments and cancellation/refund policy require approval from the operating business.
