Accessibility statement
We want FulfillIQ to be usable by everyone. If something gets in your way, we want to help.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance. This statement describes our current approach and how to ask for help.
Using the website
The site uses labelled form controls, structured headings and keyboard-operable buttons and links. We provide visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link on public information pages, and reduced-motion styling. Browser zoom can be used to enlarge content.
Areas still being assessed
We are continuing to assess the dashboard’s dense tables and charts, screen-reader announcements, keyboard focus during interactive workflows and layouts at high zoom. Third-party payment, authentication and carrier interfaces may have different accessibility behaviour. These areas have not been certified as meeting WCAG 2.2 AA.
Get help or request an adjustment
If you cannot use a page or feature, email hello@fulfilliq.co.uk. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do and your preferred way of receiving help. If helpful, include your browser and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose medical information, passwords or customer data.
We will discuss a suitable way to help, such as an accessible text explanation, a different document format or guided onboarding. We review reported barriers and prioritise fixes according to their effect on users.
Responsibility and review
Camille Brand, trading as FulfillIQ, is responsible for responding to accessibility feedback. We will update this statement as checks and improvements are completed.
